1. Prices are only valid combined with a service agreement. Without a service agreement all prices increase for 15%.


2. 5% early booking discount with obligatory order at least 8 weeks before beginning of work plus further 5% discount, if the obligatory order covers a minimum service volume (net) of 4000 EUR per order.
   
   Sample calculation: Maintenance customer, early booker, pays for 5 days training:: 5 x 800 ./. 10% = EUR 3.600 + value added tax.


3. External system failures are disturbances, which are not covered by the extended guarantee.

Travel expenses

Possible travel expenses within Germany are contained starting from 3 days of work. Otherwise the following journey lump sums per assigned coworker and journey will be charged:

The distance is calculated from our respective address, from which the co-worker concerned travels.

Travel expensed abroad

Travel expensed abroad has to be refunded up to EUR 614,- against production of vouchers.

Accounting, effort proof

During account according to effort, a working record will be kept. A day's work is eight hours long. Additional working hours per calender date will be proportionately calculated.

During activity on sundays and holidays as well as at night (22:00- 06:00 o'clock), we will raise an addition of 50% on the daily or hourly rate.

General information

These prices are valid from 01.03.2002 and replace all previous prices. The prices are in Euro, plus value added tax (in Germany), customs and forwarding expenses. This price list applies combined with our general trading conditions or other agreement only.
